Been that around here for quite some time already.
I used to do some fixing for neighbors.got only 1 JD dealer left in a 150 ml radius,parts guys look like aliens,more steel rings and paint on their body than an ancient knight templars armor.
They have no clue when it comes to parts and when i order by phone they have to send me a fax with a breakdown for me to verify part and nr and me send it back,and they still manage to order the wrong part.
I got less trouble with my Cockshutts,prob for the reason that i have had hardly a breakdown that requires Dealer parts.
