I don't think it matters much what dealer you have or what color it is; that can happen anywhere. Best advice I can give you... enroll in Deere's online parts ordering system and look it up yourself. Do the same with NH... it's much faster. Give them the numbers you need over the phone and have it all drop shipped. I'm not trying to excuse what happened to you... but it happens... and it will happen again.. so you might as well cover the bases yourself and avoid wasted time and shipping costs.
