I hear ya loud and clear, and agree 100%. I am lucky my dealer is only 40 miles away and has some great parts people that have been at the counter (all 3 of them) for over 10 years each...and they are NOT young punks!
However, even they make mistakes....so I usually look my parts up before I go in or just call them with the parts numbers. We then make sure we have the right ones coming, even then, sometimes I get a surprise when the part has been substituted with a lesser quality piece of crap!
