Try a google search on "rlvknlg.exe" and see what turns up, and you will have your answer.
I know how I would get rid of it, but that's just how I would and have gotten rid of such things, but requires booting off of a version of Windows that actually does allow true "Repair", and then going after all directories in DOS that I identified it in by dong a search while Windows was still running. From my experience, you kill a virus before it can start and glom onto Windows, and that's by booting from a copy of a Windows version that actually will allow getting access to DOS in before Windows starts, which does not include the Command Prompt within Windows, because to get there Windows and the virus are both running.
