my daughters computer is running extremely slow, and seems to be processing something. i did a cntrl - alt -delete to bring up the windows task manager and there is a file called rlvknlg.exe that is running between 96 to 99 percent cpu usage. the file is 112,176k any idea what is going on? it is running mozilla firefox and that is the only application running at this time. thx glenn
