Got the news today that grandma passed away last night. It's always a surprise even though she was 88 and had a bad stroke about 7 years ago. Grandpa passed in August, he went down to the home every day, weather permitting, to sit with grandma. I grew up about 2 miles down the road from them and sure miss them. Funny how smells do remind you of things, as at thenksgiving my sister made some rolls that smelled and tasted just like grandma's used to. Just one of the many fond memories. sorry for being long-winded just had to get it out.
