We call that "McCrappy" in The UK. Some computers come with it pre installed so the user can try it for themselves for a limited period . Every PC I have had I have uninstalled it and bought something else. Funny thing is, if you look on Youtube and watch some computer experts trialling some internet security software, usually by throwing some malware and Trojans at it, just to see if it detects them, they usually end the review with something like "Now I will install Malwarebytes just to see what got missed!" = They know only to well that Malwarebytes is such an awesome program.
