brad, check to see if the utility box came off a cab and chassis truck instead of a regular pickup. the cab and chassis rear frames are a little longer than the standard pickup, and the utility box may not fit you pickup. if you put a standard full size pickup bed on the cab and chassis, you can end up with about a 8 to 10 inch gap between the cab and the box depending on the wheelbase.
