My cattle were in the barn when we get this kind of snow..tractor and blower take care of the yard, I open the door and let the cattle out for a run,fed them inside and bedded them inside. The most amusing scene I've had was letting them out one morning right after about three feet of lake effect snow, the calves were having a ball, had never encountered that kind of snow, they were running or trying and the snow was up to their backs, they looked like Otters swiming,big Angus bull would take a run and dive into the drifts just like a bunch of kids playing.
