Sometimes people just don't want to do there job and it is very frustrating. If they would just do there job it would go so much easier for everyone involved. I called a friend of mine who is a manager at Napa about 25 mile from me. I ask him if Napa listed exhaust from converter back for my Dodge truck. He looked it up, gave me a price, told me what was in stock, and that warehouse had the muffler that wasn't in stock and all this was done within about 2 minutes. So I decided rather then drive 25 mile I would get it from local Napa. Call local store, was told, no listing, might be able to get some type of universal muffler and pipe. Both stores get parts from same warehouse (distribution center) and have the same Napa computer system. This tells me (1) the guy just didn't want to take time from his day to take care of me (mr customer) or (2) maybe in his defense maybe he was in need of more training or (3) just stupid. Take my word for it, reason was combination between number (1) and number (3) but it is very flustrating.
