I've seen that before and know exactly what's wrong. Your belts too tight and your shoes are too small. Loosen your belt one notch, or maybe two and get a new pair of shoes, one or two sizes bigger. A big bowl of ice cold fruit coctail too. You need one of them too. Do those three things and you'll be good as new eventually.
YOUCH!!! That sure looks sore. That swelling looks a bit much. Beside the bruising, and I aint no doctor, but that swelling looks bad. They say its ok though, so ok then I guess.
That really does look bad though. Ouch. Good luck getting better, and don't forget the ice cold bowl of fruit coctail. Won't help your foot, but will taste good.
