The coupler is just a basic Lovejoy. It either works or splits... so if yours still turns then the coupler is OK for now. Have you tried a little smaller load in the washer? I've noticed that exceptionally large loads of work clothes have that problem but smaller loads work fine... Motor might be getting weak and not obtaining full speed... but smaller load works for now.
