I would buy a amp meter but I'm sure it would peg the gauge. Tractor runs good when you can get it started. I've had the started tested twice now, I know it's just a bench test(not under load) but as you can imagine it's not easy getting parts for this tractor. Both of the cables are new 0 or 1 gauge, connections clean and tight. With a voltmeter on the battery I get 7-8 volts when trying to crank it and 11.5-12 volts cranking the starter out of the tractor(no load)
