The fuel gauge on my 05 chevy impala has gone crazy. I just filled up and the gauge is about 1/2 inch beyond full. This happen tonight, but when we were in Iowa last week it also happen and then worked for several days. In Iowa the gauge sometimes would be a 6:00 , then 9:00 , anywhere. Whats going on , I have opened the gas cap and retighten it several times, no change.
