That's a big one for sure. I used to own a little house in so Minneapolis that had two giant Silver Maples in the back yard. They were healthy when I sold the place. Then about 5 years later I drove by the place and saw that they were both gone. I'm glad they lasted while I owned it. To remove two huge trees from a crowded urban lot would probably have required a second mortgage.
