Apparently you are a person who will believe anything! Oklahoma is one of the most backward places on earth. Even though it ranks 49th in the nation in money spent for education, we just passed a constitutional amendment keeping it that way. Even though the state is in the grip of fundamentalist, right wing religion, the state ranks 48th or 49th in divorce rate. Oklahoma is also a leader in impoverished children and children without health insurance. Rather than alleviating real issues, the state would sooner spend their money fighting frivolous lawsuits over bogus issues like putting up religious artifacts on state property, which is clearly against the First Amendment. The State Motto has been changed to "Millions for football, but not one cent for education."
