Ouch! That's the worst possible set of symptoms 'cause it "usually" means that the slip plates are groved, worn and letting drive oil leak by.
Now, you could "gamble", replace both the check valves down in the center section where you replaced the o-rings and just hope to high heaven that they are both bad ('taint the o-rings that fail anyway, but rather the checks themselves), but that's a pretty big "finger-cross". Last time I checked they were around $175 a pop and like I say, this is a huge stretch of faith.
No, when that flex plate goes, nothing else does, meaning she won't move a lick....... :>(
There are builders out there who can go in there; remove those plates, machine 'em down smooth again and you're right back in business. These guys are getting kinda scarce tho.
Most will just tell ya that you need a new transmission to the tune of some odd $6K.
Sorry fer the pessimistic opinion. How much does it "slip" anyway? Is it to the point of not wanting to move at all when it's hot?
