Buickanddeere, It sure cost the rest of Canada a HUGE amount of money. I heard back in the '70s they had to translate and print an aircraft mechanical manual in French. There was only one French mechanic. Not to mention all the Anglo's that got bumped in Gov. jobs because the French got an automatic 10 points.
