Reminds me of my youth (LONG TIME AGO LOL) my dad had a meat market/butcher shop. We raised grain feed beef and hogs. My one brother ran the meat business along with dad when dad wasn't working the farms. So needless to say i was drafted to bone out meat and grind when not working the farm and lets just say if i had to make a living in the meat business i would starve.
