its raining here in nj this morning so work got cancelled, so I had some time to post a question. I had a lot of green tomatoes so one of the things I did with them was make some pickled green tomatoes in a 4 gallon crock. I got the recipe from an old book, let them sit on the counter in the kitchen just like the book said. They are ready to eat now and they taste good! My family never made these, so I was just curious if any has any memorys of making pickled green tomatoes like the recipe I read in the book. Any memorys good or bad would be interesting if anyone has any. Thanks for your time, sorry its not tractor related., but I thought it might be interesting.
