We were driving home out of town, car was oncoming so wife dimmed lights, and it looked 'odd' but hard to tell with the oncoming traffic. Second car went by did Uturn, put on lights - pulled wife over, gave her a fix-it ticket for a burned out headlight.
Wow. He asked if we knew we had a burned out light, and it was a little hard to tell the truth without sounding stupid - I'm sure he's hear a 1000 times oh that just happened; but really, that bulb burned out as he was cresting the hill coming at us!
