its real simple...get everything spotless clean...bead or sand blast carb body and bowl...install kit...turn idle mixture screw out about 1.5 turns...same with power screw...that will get it running...let engine warm up at about 1/4 throttle...then let it idle and adjust idle mixture till it runs the smoothest...once thats done open throttle up to about 3/4 and adjust power screw till it runs smooth again. i got a '62 2000 that i've driven since it was new and thats how i rebuild mine when it needs it.
