This was in the late 50's on a 38 A. The water tubes in the head rusted out and there was a slight crack in the head. Tubes not quite as long as thickness of head and where the crack was the tube stoped. Put in the new tubes and moved them to the other side where the old ones were not and it lasted as long as Dad had the tractor. Bought in spring of 57 and traded in summer of 60 for a 49 B with starter that I could start and pulled same implements at same speeds as the A. Still wish I had both.
