Hello, I need advice on a grader blade for my tractor. I have a Mahindra 3015 compact 30HP 4wheel drive with loader and industrial tires, no weights or ballast. A 5' blade came with it, but when angled will not clear the tire width which is around 60" or so. I was looking at a 6' but was wondering if I could handle a 7', and what weight range should I be looking? It seems cheaper blades are around 200# and heavy duty close to 400#.
Since it's main use will be for snow, I've noticed most blades seem to have a flat mold board. Don't I need a curved or round one so snow rolls off and away from the blade?
Finally, I'm lost in brand names, weights, sizes and cost. Anyone have a good, fairly reasonable recommendation for the Southeastern Indiana area?
