It would be for clearing snow on a 1/3rd mile gravel drive.
My tractor is a 30hp 4x4 compact with no weight or ballast except for fel.
While the 5' was pretty effortless to use, there was a few times with a lot of deep wet snow that I felt it was bogging the tractor down.
Most people think a 6' is the way to go, but not a heavy hd model. A 7' sounds good to me, but then there is the issue of maybe too much snow bogging down the tractor and as one person said, you can't rotate a 7' blade without removing it.
I don't have rear hydraulics, so I'd have to have a manual adjustment which is fine, but I was wondering about a 6' blade that you can offset.
But, around me a good blade is 600-900 dollars whereas king kutter, hawkline, county line is 400 and used anything if you can find a nice one is 300 and up.
