To add to what charlie said- the right side lever sets the frame angle to level it side to side to the ground...raise the lever to tip the front bottom to the right (deeper) on the first round, since the right wheel is on the surface of the field- subsequent ones, it runs (lower) in the furrow from the previous pass....so lower the lever to maintain a level frame, side to side. The left lever sets the plow depth. Other issue is to set the plow hitch to minimize side draft, and have the right tractor wheel the proper distance from center of tractor.
