Yesterday on the thread "Tire Question" I kinda, sorta took up for Walmart. We are only farmers and look at how we get sued. Can you just imagine some people and lawyers think, well it is the biggest company in the world, they can afford it. Well I fully understand why they won't put tires on that aren't listed on the door jam. The little guy across the street can get away with it because everyone knows at best he has insurance which had limits much less than walmarts pockets.
Now if Walmart owned that corner where the wreck happened you can rest assured the suit would be for much more money and when won the award would be much higher.
