Years ago I purchased a copy machine (Pitny Bowes).
It needed a little pump on top of the toner. The service department from a town 50 miles awaqy said they could service the machine for $200.00 if they had three calls in our area. I out smarted them and just ordered the pump---COD. $65.00 for the pump---I got by cheap and out smarted the butt heads.
Then I ordered the toner from a office suply, ----EACH bottle of towner was $6.00-------------and included the pump with each bottle....*$_#.
I have driven past the place a few times and decided I best not stop in for a chit chat, as they would probably call security before I got done with my chit chat.
