The 2 cylinders with the loose fitting sleeves most likely have a letter or number stamped into the top of the block right next the cylinder. This means that for one reason or another, those cylinders ended up getting bored a little bit larger at the factory, and they require a slightly larger O.D. sleeve. To do the job right, you really do need to toss those 2 loose fitting sleeves into the trash or at least return them to where you bought them, and get the CORRECT sized sleeves. You may need to contact your local Case-IH dealer.
