Gary, Do you have drum brakes or disc brakes in back? If drum brakes, I imagine you adjust the star wheel after pulling the oblong rubber plug out on the backing plate. If you have disc brakes, I believe their is a small drum inside the disc that operates the parking brake. I've never seen one in person, so I can't elaborate more. Maybe a visit to the Ford Truck Enthusiest website may offer some ideas?
