There are a hundred chemical plants and refineries around me. They get by with murder. I had a green tractor that broke a hydraulic line on a box blade. I put down oil dry and did my best to clean it up. Next thing I know they were pulling me in court and I had to have the concrete removed and disposed of. Then, I had to pay for new concrete. But, the local trash truck can leak oil in front of every house down the road and not a word is said. Think of me what you will, but until it happens to you...you will not understand.
