What I am saying is they need to be payed a normal mans pay for the job they do not this life long pension etc etc etc they should pay into the same system we do. So yes the guy who goes in office to do it for the rest of his life should not be there either and term limits for all who go in office and then have to stay out of any office for at least the same term as they can be in. But again you have to read every thing I say not just one here and one there
