My "new" tractor (D-17) has a 3PH so I decided to convert my 5" Bush Hog from trailer type to 3PH type. It worked alright behind my WD which didn"t have 3PH but it was a PITA to maneuver in tight spots. I found nearly everything I needed "in stock" but I did borrow the tail wheel assembly from my son"s York rake. The fork on it bent under the extra weight so I had to build a stronger one. I mowed about 3 acres with it a couple of days ago and it is a great improvement!
