THANK You.. ag Ps: pix 65 was a "North American A-36 Apache" (Invader) (google those words in quotes) The quick hint is the Air Intake on top just behind Prop spinner. The British recieved many and renamed their batch "Mustangs" and the Army used P-51 then. Later the Brits put in a Spitfire V-12 R/R and it became one of the best very long range WW-2 fighter Escort aircraft. I was lucky enough to go on 5 straffing runs in a P-51. Best flight of my life. ag
