All that wrong terminology tells me that you don"t know what you are talking about- just complaining. BTW- buy a farm, take on the debt, find out about the programs. Subsidies? They are based on rates per acre, not how big you are- take on more debt, farm more acres,....BTW- PIK, not Pic, was in the early 80s...long gone, way different program. Do I believe that program limits should be reduced? Absolutely- it was designed to help the small farmer, but when State Universities can enroll boocoo acres, (Look at LA and others) along with Congressmen, and large Corporate landowners- that is not what the programs were intended for.
