A variety with a good husk cover is a start... After that mineral oil, neem oil... not a whole lot else you can apply and maintain a O cert.
Personally I prefer Warrior... Application of foliar insecticides to corn is fairly safe as the "eating" portion is well encased in the husk and you are stopping the bugs before they ever enter the package.
