I would change all the fuel filters and check the fuel line connections, the fuel flow at the tank outlet, and see if problem is remidied. If not there could be a floating obstruction in the fuel tank. We have pulled peices of plastic and rags and broken fuel cap gaskets out of fuel tanks.It could also be a problem with the throttle linkage that you should check for. You could also have water in the tank that flows to the outlet when going down hill, but restarting and running OK is a ?? Just a side note. My current boss ownes a 35HP Kubota. It would die down badly under load. Problem solved; Some one ??? put gasoline in the fuel tank.
