It's called setting compound comes in a gallon bucket, available from any monument industry supply house. It does appear to be the same stuff that seals 2 steel panels like the other guy said. I'm not that familiar with limestone but it is close to marble in its texture and marble monuments are never polished, you likely have granite. I never use epoxy on light colored granite as it will soak into the stone and discolor it.
