We used to clean the switches when I worked at a Dodge dealership. It usually worked. Make sure the black wire has the connector covered with the clear plastic under the airbag. Don't forget to disconnect the battery and wait at least 15 minutes to discharge the capacitor. The nuts for the airbag are 10 mm. Hope this helps. Gerard
