Was running a 1370 that the neighbor just purchased and it acts the same way. Sometimes you let out on the foot clutch and it does not move. Then bang it engages. Also if you go to raise a implement and you are half idled down it raises very slow, Shift back to one and it comes right up. Setting still at a idle it raises the implement alright.
