If you want them out of the house first, take a small chunk of 1 1/2" pvc pipe and make a passage for them. On the third night, place a chunk of pantyhos over the end. It must have a hole to let them out, but they can not get back in.
Silicone is exspensive, but is probably the best. If there is another hole, you will still have company. There is no system that keeps them away, other than pluging holes.
Many profesional companies offer a system---a big ordeal to have them just admit they are plugging holes.
