Don't know whether 240 front end would fit- I expect you could make it fit, with enough modification $$$. But you need to power it from the transmission with a forward-running driveshaft, and as far as I know, no 135's were so equipped.
Second the motion of the poster below- sell the 135, use the money toward a tractor with MFWD- it'll cost you less in the long run.
