this spring i bought a duetz allis 2 basket supposely tedder/rake combo but all i can see it does is rakes .the basket on the left(setting in the seat looking forward)turns clock wise the other turns counterclock wise they both bring the hay toward the center making a windrow am i doing something wrong os is it just a rake? thanks RICK
