They offered me $12.50/ AC I said no. When I look at the map of where they are currantly drilling in NE Pa. there is a line coming from west to east directly toward me. Most of the farms arround me have sold for $12.50 and a promis of 20% of what comes out of the ground. When you sell your mineral rights, there will be consequencesfor the next 50 years. You better get the full value of your land, cuz it may not be worth much when the gas people are done. Fun note: My county is broke, My state is broke and my Federal Gov.is so broke that the Chinees wont lend it money. Now thay tell me that I have GAS. Ed
