Good morning folks, A couple of weeks ago somebody posted about osteo bi flex.I have osteoarthritis severely in my joints especially my knees.Nobody had any negative things to say about it so I decided to try it.I"m very happy to report this is the twelfth day I"ve taken bi flex and the fourth day without any pain medication. So my hats off to the many good people that commented about bi flex and I thank you all. Tony
