OT-osteo-biflex

Good morning folks,
A couple of weeks ago somebody posted about osteo bi flex.I have osteoarthritis severely in my joints especially my knees.Nobody had any negative things to say about it so I decided to try it.I"m very happy to report this is the twelfth day I"ve taken bi flex and the fourth day without any pain medication.
So my hats off to the many good people that commented about bi flex and I thank you all.

Also for me. In the past, the glusomines (sp?) never did me any good. But from the discussion here I tried it. I will not say out right, that it did me good, but I will say that I am not near as bad as I was. I will continue to take it.

I was probably the one that posted what you saw as I had started taking it after my Dad recommended it to me and it was like a miracle for me. Glad to hear it it working for you too.

I would not answer because I was,n sure if the post was legit. However last year I had decided I probably would have to undergo knee replacment.
My father had both replaced as wel as my uncle.
Anway to make a long story short I read a post and answers on here last fall. Tried it and within 2 weeks had lost most of the pain and with third week no limp and haven,t had any pain since. Take one every morning.. Not selling just my experience.. Jerry

Which particular Osteo bi-flex are you guys using? I looked at walmart and they had a few of them with different ingredients. I've been using the gluclosamiine/chondroitin/msm combinations and triple flex and it doesn't seem to help the joints that much. Gave same stuff to the dogs. Vet said it was the msm but didn't help the dogs. Tried the Hill's prescription diet food J/D and they now move around very well. Kinda pricy but it works for them. I'll pass on the dog food. Thanks.
