Getting gas to the carb is different from getting gas thru the carb. Remove the pipe plug from the bottom of the carb and see if gas flows thru the carb. Catch it in a clean can or whatever. If no flow thru the carb then either the fuel screen in the elbow is clogged, or the needle valve has trash in it, or the float is stuck.
