Unfortunately, Ralph died with no heirs. His original license was lost by the FAA during a period of inactivity demanded by a wife of 50 years who forbade his flying. He resumed his flying after her passing.
Ralph was also a craftsman whose hobby was building musical organs. His entire basement was taken up by an organ he had built. It was such a fine instrument that many named musicians came to play on it. Some had even recorded their sessions and had them published. Ralph had perfect eyesight and at 100 years, passed his FAA medical exam with no glasses. An envy to all of us "younger" pilots.
