Read your post about the oil stain in your jeans.
Soak the area in Chlorox 2 liquid. Work it in with your fingers. Let sit for 24 hrs then wash in hot water. Be sure to wash your hands good to get the C2 off your hands.
I've been pretty successful taking oil spots out of clothes with this method.
