I would never buy anything like that on ebay,most pumps are wore out or they never would have been taken off.There's several places that rebuild pumps that are reliable.I won't bid on anything that's advertised as rebuilt on ebay either.That's usually means just a paint job.I've sold several things on ebay and it worked fine,BUT the few small things i've bought have all been rip offs,misrepresented junk in a brand name box.
